During CNCC 2024, CCF Awarding Ceremony was held in New Yuanming Palace, Hengdian on Oct. 25, 2024. 

In the Ceremony, CCF Wang-Xuan Award, Award for Overseas Outstanding Contribution, Young Computer Scientist Award, and CCF Science and Technology Achievement Award are presented. More than 600 participants, including CCF board members, CNCC delegates, representatives of major media and sponsors, gathered to witness and share the moment of honor together.

2024 CCF Wang Xuan Award is awarded to Professor Su Jinshu from the Academy of Military Sciences and Professor Yuan Xiaoguang from the Defense Technology Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.

2024 CCF Award for Overseas Outstanding Contribution is presented to Professor Cai Dacheng from the National University of Singapore and Professor Zheng Guangting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

2024 CCF-ACM Award for Artificial Intelligence, jointly awarded by CCF and ACM, honors Professor Qiu Xipeng from Fudan University for his outstanding contributions in the field of natural language representation learning. This award is sponsored by Lenovo Group.

2024 CCF-IEEE CS Young Computer Scientist Award, jointly awarded by CCF and IEEE CS, was presented to Researcher Jin Xin from Peking University, Professor Li Chao from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor Liu Chi from Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor Liu Risheng from Dalian University of Technology, and Associate Professor Zhang Chao from Tsinghua University. This award is sponsored by Baidu Corp..

2024 CCF Technology Achievement Award was presented in the ceremony, and total 35 projects were awarded, including Natural Science Award, Technology Invention Award, and Science and Technology Advancement Award.
