How to find my CCF membership card and card number

To login your account of CCF website, and access your page with all your membership information, including membership type, card number, expiration date, payment status etc.

How to print my membership card

CCF membership certificate is e-card, click “Download membership certificate” in the left bar after login your CCF account of website, and print it if necessary. Or you may use e-card when follow CCF Wechat public account and find e-card in your CCF account.

How do I change my contact information?

To login your account of CCF website, then click “Manage my account” at top-right “My CCF” and “Modify and update contact information” in the left bar, and edit your information and save when finished.

How to retrieve my password

If you forgot the password for CCF account when you login your account, click “forgot password” and input your name and mailbox (when you enrolled in CCF database). An email to reset the password would send to your mailbox if your input matched, please check the email in 2 hours, and follow the instruction to reset the password.

Where can I find information about CCF events and conferences?

Please browse the homepage of CCF official website, find “Event Calendar” in the right column, which shows the coming events by CCF, chapters, Technical Committees etc.

How can I obtain a receipt？

Receipt will be sent to your mailbox (email address when you enrolled) from membership@ccf.org.cn 3 days after you completed the payment.

The process of transition from student membership to professional membership

To visit CCF Home Page and login your account. Click “Apply membership upgrade”, and update your contact information, and submit the application.

How can I renew my membership?

     Repeat the payment process according to respective regular membership fee, please refer to “online payment”.
