On January 31, 2021, the proposal for upgrading the task force on Speech, Dialogue and Auditory Processing to technical committee (TC) was approved in the third meeting of the 12th CCF Executive Board.

Established in May, 2018, task force on speech, dialogue and auditory processing focused on the research and development in this field, with 140 members in total. Over the past two years, there were more than 30 conferences or workshops held by the task force. In 2020, the task force jointly organized “Enterprise Online Tour” with 16 companies, and invited 62 experts on the dialogue and auditory to have more than 60 speeches, with 70000+ live views and the maximum is over 15000 viewers, that improved the academic influence of task force.

In the future, the technical committee on speech, dialogue and auditory processing will attract professionals in the field of auditory (especially those from the industry sector) to join in, and build a broader platform for the exchanges between the academic and business circles.
