"20 years ago,I joined CCF, and became an outstanding member in 10 years ago, and became CCF fellow 5 years ago. Since I have witnessed the development of CCF in the past 20 years, I am confident to say that Mr. Du Zide is the key person, and crucial, decisive and irreplaceable to the development of CCF. "CCF is a platform for members to develop themselves and improve the abilities of organization & coordination, communication and speaking, time control and so on.” Before sharing the experience of CCF chapters, Zheng Qinghua, chairman of CCF Xi'an Chapter and Vice-President of Xi'an Jiaotong University, unexpectedly told his stories first.

 Panel: Plan and Implementation of Product

"What is the definition of the product?" Mr. Du Zide, moderator of Panel and Secretary-General of CCF, first asked. Panelists on the stage--six Chapter chairmen, their answer seemed not perfect, then the moderator under the stage gave the final definition of product: "A good, object or thing to serve a need or satisfy a particular customer, customers are willing to exchange value and resources for products".

"What is the product of the Chapter now?" Du Zide continued to ask sharp question.

"Ningbo Computer Conference (NBCC) is a product that achieves charging, profit-making and sustainable production." Zang Genlin, member of CCF executive board and President of TRS Knowledge Graph Research Institute, answered.

"No one paid to attend an event worthless, or charge is a sign to test the quality of the event." Bai Shuo, Chairman of CCF Shanghai Chapter & President, Shanghai DWORLD AI Tech Co., Ltd., emphasized.

"No charge means that they are not confident in the product. A student-oriented product in CCF Suzhou chapter targeted to solve problems of students, even they should pay, there are still 200-300 people attend the meeting." Zhang Min, Chairman of CCF Suzhou chapter & Vice Dean of Computer College of Suzhou University, said.

" There is a product that Xining government pays for..." Zhao Haixing, chairman of CCF Xining chapter & vice president of Qinghai University, introduced.

The List of CCF recommended Academic Conferences and Journals should also be considered as a product. "After the products introduction by chairmen of chapters, Wang Yongtian, deputy director of CCF committee for membership and chapters, & professor, Beijing Polytechnic University, added.

" The products are not only for be charged, but those products that are not charged members, because members have already paid their membership fees as annual fees," Du concluded. "Nineteen minutes left, let’s discuss the next product of the chapters." Du Zide looked at his watch and time was under his control. "CCF in Ningbo, members are free, non-member charged," said Xu Jianchang, chairman of Ningbo chapter and President, Zhejiang Golden Net Information Co., Ltd., with NBCC-this branded product in hand. "Nine minutes left, and the last question, how to design the product?" Du Zide finally asked. Xu Yong, the host of this meeting, chairman of Guangzhou chapter, & VP, Graduate School of South China University of Technology, gave the first answer, “Design by demand”, the answer was praised by Du Zide.
